Courier Post are accepting signatures again - We use their 'Signature Required' service as default, if you would prefer to have the parcel left, please provide us with delivery instructions for the courier. Don't worry, If you have 'Authority to Leave' lodged at your address, that will overrule the 'signature required'!
Courier Post are pretty much back on track with their deliveries, please keep an eye on your tracking and contact us if you are concerned
INTERNATIONAL
There are still significant delays with shipping outside of New Zealand. Some flights to certain countries have been cancelled. DHL express shipping is available.
We can still offer tracked air post to certain countries, but be aware that there are significant delays. Shipping to Europe and North America is significantly delayed.
If you require the order promptly please consider purchasing DHL Shipping.
Please keep an eye on your tracking number and contact us if you are concerned.

1. Delivery within New Zealand (CourierPost)

  • We offer a $5 flat rate courier service to all New Zealand addresses

Please note:

  • We use a signature required service, someone must be present to sign for delivery of the parcel or the courier will leave a card to call at your address (unless you have 'Authority to Leave' lodged with CourierPost)
  • Delivery in the North Island will be the next working day- if shipped on a Friday it will be a Monday delivery (except rural areas which will be 2-4 working days).
  • Delivery in the South Island will be 2-3 working days (except rural areas which will be 2-4 working days).
  • These delivery times are after our handling time and manufacturing times (if a custom headgear is ordered). Handling time can take up to 7 working days, manufacturing of a headgear takes 1-2 weeks.

2. Shipping to Australia (eParcel Service)

  • This is for orders shipped to Australia where 'Standard Shipping' is selected.
  • Flat rate of NZ$15 for up to 2kg.
  • It is fully traceable via the NZ Post website and then on the Australia Post website once the parcel is scanned into Australia.
  • The delivery time for this service is generally between 5-10 working days - after handling time. Handling time can take up to 7 working days. Manufacturing of a headgear takes 1-2 weeks.

3. Standard International Shipping (International Air Post)

  • For orders shipped outside of New Zealand & Australia via 'Standard Shipping'.
  • For orders weighing less than 2kgs, a flat shipping rate of NZ$25 applies (tracked or untracked).
  • Some countries do not have tracked air post available, we will confirm in the check out whether the Standard Shipping option is tracked or untracked to your country.

Please note:

  • The buyer is liable for payment of any country import tax/duty/GST/VAT at the time of entry into the country of destination.
  • Delivery takes 7- 20 days after handling time. Handling time can take up to 7 working days. Manufacturing of a headgear takes 1-2 weeks.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE SIGNIFICANT DELAYS CURRENTLY. Generally to Europe and North America we find delivery times to take around 7-15 working days.

4. Express International Shipping (International Express Courier)

  • This is for orders shipped to countries outside New Zealand with 'International Express Courier'.
  • This service is delivered with DHL.
  • Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the items ordered and the destination they will be sent to.
  • Please add an item to your cart and enter your address for a quote of delivery costs for that item.
  • Current quotes are for up to 2kg.

Please note:

  • The buyer is liable for payment of any country import tax/duty/GST/VAT at the time of entry into the country of destination.
  • Delivery takes 2-7 working days after handling/manufacturing times.
  • Handling time can take up to 7 working days.
  • Manufacturing of a headgear takes 1-2 weeks.
  • Express items cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Private Bags.
  • Someone must be present to sign for delivery of the parcel.
  • The parcel will be fully traceable with DHL, we will email you with the tracking details once the parcel has been shipped.
