Which size should I get?
To get the best measurement for a uniform, use a tape measure or piece of string. Measure across the forehead going around the side of the head just above the tips of the ears and around the back of the head. Then check out our sizing guide to see which size you should go for. If you are still unsure please don't hesitate to get in touch with us here. It's really important that the size ordered is correct, as we cannot accept returns or exchange on customised uniform.
Can I return my customised uniform?
Unfortunately not! Customised uniform are made to order in the colours selected. We cannot accept them back for an exchange or refund. Please get in touch with us before placing your order if you have any questions or concerns around sizing, colours or anything else. We're happy to help!

How long will my customised uniform take to arrive?
Custom uniform are created to order in the colours chosen. This process does come with a lead time of around 1-2 weeks, depending on the number of orders we are working through!
Once your uniform is completed we will ship it on the shipping method chosen at the check out. The delivery times can be viewed in our shipping page here
I need my customised uniform by a certain date, can that be done?
All orders are processed at quickly as possible. The lead times are based on the workload. If we have received an order where Express shipping has been purchased, we will get those uniform created urgently. We are not able to guarantee delivery dates unfortunately.
Can I track my parcel’s delivery?
Express shipping is fully traceable. We also offer tracked air shipping where available. Some countries do not have the service available though. When choosing the shipping service in the checkout you will see which services are on offer and the level of tracking available. Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed with a tracking number. You can track the parcel via the link provided in this email.
Will uniform stop concussions?
No. Headgear will not prevent a concussion per se but can reduce the severity of the impact to the point where it may reduce the likelihood of that impact resulting in a concussion.
How do I clean my uniform?

- Avoid contact with petroleum/silicone products
- Do not exposes to heat over 60°C (140°F)
- Do not iron

How do I contact someone about my uniform order?
I need to make a change to my order! How can I do that?
Contact us urgently! If the uniform hasn't already been created we should be able to make the change. Ideally orders need to come through 100% correct.
Why does my country only have one shipping option available?
We want to make sure that your order reaches you promptly and safely. Express shipping with DHL is very reliable and fully traceable. If you have any further questions regarding this please feel free to flick us an email.

How to measure
The measurements on our sizing guide are the physical measurements of the garments rather than body size measurements, we recommend measuring a garment that fits you well and checking it against our sizing guide. We also have samples available, please contact us to organise!

Once you have received your headgear wear it in a warm (not hot!) shower – this allows the foam to mould nicely to your head shape.
Unfortunately customised headgear are not able to be returned for exchange or refund. So please choose carefully. If you have any questions in regards to colour, sizing or any concerns at all, please contact us before purchasing.

Process:
Once we receive your enquiry we will create a digital mock up and email you within 2 working days. Once the final design has been approved the gear will be manufactured. The turnaround time for manufacturing is 4-6 weeks.
Returns:
No returns can be accepted on custom made gear – please ensure all mock ups are carefully assessed. If the item is faulty we will of course replace it.

Unfortunately not! All uniforms are made to order in the designs you have confirmed with us. We cannot accept them back for an exchange or refund. The design process is all completed via email, so you will always get the final sign off of the design. We're happy to modify anything for you at the design stage.

How long will my uniform take to arrive?
All orders are processed at quickly as possible. The gear is made and shipped from China. Because all gear is created to order, a manufacturing time of 4-6 weeks does apply to all orders.
What is sublimate print?
Sublimation is a type of printing process that uses heat to transfer dye into fabric. Colors, Designs and your logos are dye-sublimated onto transfer paper. The transfer paper and fabric are processed with heat and pressure to dye the fabric. This process is different from screen printing in that you are dying the fabric of the shirt, rather than printing on top of it. This results in shirts where the sublimated ink can be seen, but not felt on the fabric.
The bonus of this is that we can include your names, numbers and logos free of charge! That’s right, FREE!
The only catch is that we need your logo in the right format (vector) to ensure the quality is print ready.

We offer a redraw service where we can create a vector file of your logo for your order and provide the files for you to keep for other printing, sign-writing and business cards etc that might need it.
