I need my customised uniform by a certain date, can that be done?
All orders are processed at quickly as possible. The gear is made and shipped from China. Because all gear is created to order, a manufacturing time of 4-6 weeks does apply to all orders.
How do I contact someone about my uniform order?

I need to make a change to my order! How can I do that?
Contact us urgently! If the gear hasn't already starting being created we may be able to make the change.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit card/debit card payments via the website. We also offer invoicing and payment via internet banking. All gear must be fully paid for before the manufacturing process can begin.
Delivery & Returns
Can I return my customised uniforms?
Unfortunately not! Customised uniforms have been made to order in the colours and styles you have selected. We cannot accept them back for an exchange or refund. Please get in touch with us before placing your order if you have any questions or concerns around sizing, colours, samples or anything else. We're happy to help! If you have found a fault with your uniform please contact us and we will sort it out.

How do I know which sizes to get?
All our uniform items have their own individual sizing charts, click the 'Size Guide' button on the product page to view. We also have samples available! Please contact us to enquirer about sizing samples.
