I need my customised headgear by a certain date, can that be done?
All orders are processed at quickly as possible. The lead times are based on the workload. If we have received an order where Express shipping has been purchased, we will get those headgear created urgently. We are not able to guarantee delivery dates unfortunately.
How do I contact someone about my headgear order?

I need to make a change to my order! How can I do that?
Contact us urgently! If the headgear hasn't already been created we should be able to make the change. Ideally orders need to come through 100% correct.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit card payments via the website as well as PayPal.

Can I return my customised headgear?
Unfortunately not! Customised headgears are made to order in the colours selected. We cannot accept them back for an exchange or refund. Please get in touch with us before placing your order if you have any questions or concerns around sizing, colours or anything else. We're happy to help!
If you have found a fault with your headgear please contact us and we will sort it out.
How long will my customised headgear take to arrive?
Custom headgears are created to order in the colours you have chosen. This process does come with a lead time of around 1-2 weeks, depending on the number of orders we are working through! Once your headgear is completed we will dispatch it on the shipping method chosen at the check out. The delivery times can be viewed here. Headgears are shipped from New Zealand.
Can I track my parcel’s delivery?
Yes, express shipping with DHL is fully traceable. We also offer tracked air shipping. Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed with a tracking number. Parcels shipped on Express via DHL can be tracked on the DHL website. Parcels shipped with standard tracked air can initially be tracked on the New Zealand Post website. Once they arrive into the UK, they can be tracked on the Royal Mail website.
Which size should I get?
To get the best measurement for a headgear, use a tape measure or piece of string. Measure across the forehead going around the side of the head just above the tips of the ears and around the back of the head. Then check out our sizing guide to see which size you should go for. If you are still unsure please don't hesitate to get in touch with us here. It's really important that the size ordered is correct, as we cannot accept returns or exchange on customised headgears.
Do headgears stop concussions?
No. A headgear will not prevent a concussion per se but can reduce the severity of the impact to the point where it may reduce the likelihood of that impact resulting in a concussion.
How do I clean my headgear?
  • Cold hand wash only
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Avoid contact with petroleum/silicone products
  • Do not exposes to heat over 60°C (140°F)
  • Do not iron
  • Do not dryclean
